This class is suitable for women who are around 14- 41 weeks pregnant! NO yoga experience is necessary. Pregnancy is a magical time to discover yoga; learn to feel at home and comfortable in your body and with your breath, relax deeply, feel part of a supportive circle of other women, and find both your power and your softness in this incredible pregnant body! Sat 13th Aug: 2-4.30pm: Mini Yoga Retreat for Mums. Suitable for Mums from 3 months to 5 years post natal, this will be a chance to come along without your little one/s and enjoy an energising, grounding yoga practice including some fun pair stretches and massage, followed by an extra long, blissful relaxation with plenty of comfy props! Donna is an experienced Midwife who worked in New Zealand before raising her family back in the UK. I am really happy to be working with her to bring Mums and Dads -to -be , a yoga and antenatal birth preparation workshop which will help you feel more confident, calmer and give you a toolkit for an active , empowered labour and birth.
