I have a particular interest in working with children under the age of 5, and in their teen years (13-19) who have additional needs, and/ or who are struggling with their mental wellbeing. The sessions are fun, engaging and will gently challenge the child’s self-perception, body awareness and strength, to build confidence and resilience and gain physical skills.

I have experience in working with children with autism, ADHD, dyspraxia, hypermobility, cerebral palsy, high or low muscle tone, developmental delay, osteoporosis, and anxiety.

I am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga (300hrs) yoga teacher, and have additional certification to teach Under 5s, babies, and teenagers.

A parent or carer needs to be involved in the session (and for Under 5s, will be a very important part of it!), unless the young person is 16 yrs or over.
