Postnatal yoga focuses on the specific needs of the postnatal body. Reports back from the postnatal edge often feature words like: depleted, tired, exhausted, in a happy haze, anxious, frazzled, not myself, stiff, achy, creaky…..
All that you bring is welcome! You might be feeling fantastic, you might feel like you barely have the energy to come to class – it is all welcome: this yoga will lift your wellbeing and deepen your rest. You will learn how to safely and effectively engage and release the pelvic floor muscles, reconnect with your core muscles, and build strength from within.
Group are small and nourishment is guaranteed- there is tea and cake too!
PS My baby yoga classes also include postnatal yoga, but this one is without the babies! So you can truly focus on you xx
