I’m so happy to be able to offer an in person, monthly pregnancy yoga circle, at my home studio. This will be a 2 hour Sunday afternoon class: an invitation to become calm, centred, connected with your baby, and deeply relaxed. A small circle of 5 Pregnant Ones means you get individualised teaching as well as the company of others on the same journey. I have a wide variety of props so no need to bring anything, and we will end with a specially created Yoga Nidra (deep, meditative guided relaxation), during which you will be made superbly comfortable!
